Most in-stock items are shipped direct from the warehouse within 1-2 business days of order placement. We work with some manufacturers who ship on our behalf and are subject to their on-hand stock situations. We do offer a limited number of "Special Order" items...the lead-times for these products will be indicated within the product description.
Occasionally, popular or seasonal items will go on backorder. We will notify you if your selection is on backorder, and give you the option to wait for restocking or issue a credit to your account for the item.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on the majority of our products! For products that do not qualify for Free Shipping - applicable shipping charges are calculated based on product size/weight. All items will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground service. All Free Shipping items are for ground service, Continental US only. Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges - we will notify you of the extra charge prior to shipping. Should you need an expedited shipment, please contact us immediately following your order placement so we can confirm if expedited shipping is available for that item. Unfortunately, not all products can be expedited.
Should you need to ship an item abroad, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Paypal is the required form of payment for all international transactions.
Holiday Shipping - We recommend that you order early to ensure delivery for the 2009 Holiday season. To ensure delivery for Christmas - please have your order placed by December 13th, 2009 (Special Orders should be placed earlier - based on lead-time).
Should you receive a damaged shipment or are concerned about a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. A return authorization code is required for these returns. Once the returned item is received by the warehouse, we will ship a replacement to you.
If you are not satisfied with your product selection, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for directions on how to return your product. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping fees for returned merchandise and we do not accept returns sent COD.

Special Order items products are not refundable (with the exception of manufacturer defect).
Returns are subject to a restocking fee depending on Manufacturer stipulation (usually between 10-30%). Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new / unused condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the merchandise has been received and inspected by the warehouse/office.
